There are lots and lots of forums out there about this and none of them make sense, so I am just staring a new one. I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 Laptop with a Dell Wireless card 1395 I think??? Can anyone help me get the wireless card to work with my slax installation on a USB stick?
Thats a broadcomm card. I posted in another thread how to download and install the latest hybrid drivers. I compiled these drivers for a 1525 inspiron and a macbook recently and they worked fine

lachini, i need better instructions. I have diwnloaded the dell 1525 driver, i placed it in my modules, I have no wifimanager, kwifi manager etc. the only thing i have is wireless assisstant. email me please with more help
