I am using Gigabyte ga-425 motherboard. The sound chip is Realtek ALC887.
By default the driver is getting loaded but there is no sound coming but i can record the voice by krecord module.
one more thing is that i have a different motherboard which has Realtek ALC889 and that is working perfect with Realtek ALC887 driver.
Can anybody provide me the proper driver for Realtek ALC 887.
