When a try to ftp to the site it works fine but there are no files to download. When i go one directory up i get a page can not be displayed error. I just want to download all the neccessary files that are needed to build slax and recompile the kernel.

Just tried, it works fine as expected: ftp://ftp.slax.org/source/slax/kernel/2.6.24.3/ IP address: 208.53.147.21 You can check your name resolution with a 'ping ftp.slax.org' command. Maybe you are browsing the old ftp site due to a DNS cache issue... You can try this mirror also: http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/linux/slax/source/slax/
