slax freeze after "ACPI: Core revision 20080609"

hi guys,
while starting up via usb-flash, slax just stops after showing up "ACPI: Core revision 20080609".
An idea, what its all about?
Im thankful for every little help.

try using no - acpi cheatcode
acpi=off
(in main boot meny press Tab and add after pressing spacebar)

I have the same problem. I tried to disable acpi (acpi=off) but screen turns black....
