Most of the users suggest using Samsung Kies to back up data. But for me, it is not a good option as the old device are no longer supported by this program. My choice is Androidphonesoft Android Assistant. It can backup all kinds of files individually and support 2000+ devices. Want to know how to do this, this is a guide for reference: http://www.androidphonesoft.com/resources/transfer-contacts-from-samsung-galaxy-to-pc.html
